BALD is putting health first and BALDness second. So we are making adjustment. Because BALD deeply values the well-being of our clients, we will be spreading out appointments. Our goal is to have only one client in BALD per room at a time. This will minimize waiting in the entrance room and allow us to wipe off all surfaces between clients. As a result, the number of available appointments will go down slightly as we create more space between appointments. This will allow us to safely treat everyone. Read below for the full list of additional changes.

If you have ANY respiratory symptoms please cancel! If you have runny nose, cold, cough, difficulty breathing, or body aches DO NOT COME IN. If we observe any such symptoms during your visit, you service will be stopped, and you will sent home, while we scrub the facility.

Waiving Cancellation Fees

BALD is waiving all cancellation fees. If you don’t feel well, stay home, it won’t cost you at BALD. If coronavirus is upsetting your plans, cancel, we will waive the fees.

No CASH!

Holding cash is like holding hands. Cash will well- known to be saturated with germs. So for the time being, BALD is only accepting credit cards, gift cards, apple pay, PayPal, Venmo, and even checks. ANYTHING but cash!

Disposable Circuits with Extra Viral Filters.

Everyone gets a brand new nitrous oxide full circuit. No part of it is reusable. You can take it home, but you CANNOT bring it back and use it. There is a new charge of $12 per circuit to cover the cost of these larger circuits. Additionally, two viral filters will be placed on the circuit for safety.

Sterilization of instruments

BALD has always had a policy of sterilizing instruments using an ultrasound wash and then UV light and Barbicide.

Tylenol and Advil in single Use Packets

Tylenol and Advil will now come from sealed single use packets. So take them for that additional analgesic benefit.
